Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations
- Support documentation management including drawings, permits, and progress updates
- Identify and resolve project bottlenecks through proactive problem-solving
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles and project management methodologies
- Familiarity with fire protection systems and industry standards
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of relevant experience
