PERSOL is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Project Management Officer to join a high-performing team on a 12-month contract basis in the East region. In this position, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the bank’s operational health by performing critical account screening processes. You will gain invaluable exposure to migration projects and onboarding compliance workflows, working alongside experienced project managers and banking professionals. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute virtual account holder name screening procedures for both pre-onboarding and post-migration phases.
- Maintain high levels of data accuracy and integrity when updating client records in internal systems.
- Support the Project Management team with documentation, meeting coordination, and progress tracking.
- Assist in identifying, documenting, and escalating potential risks identified during the name screening process.
- Ensure full compliance with internal banking policies and local regulatory frameworks.
- Participate in system migration testing and data verification activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve discrepancies in client account data.
- Prepare regular reports on project status and screening outcomes for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience or internship in banking operations, KYC/AML, or project coordination is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) for data analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot irregularities in data sets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to commit to a 12-month contract duration.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile or Waterfall) is a plus.
