Tanggung Jawab
- Support project initiation and planning phases including scope definition and timeline creation
- Track project milestones and deliverables using project management tools
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation efficiency
- Document project progress, risks, and action items in PM software
- Assist in change management processes and quality assurance reviews
- Prepare status reports for senior management and key stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
