We are currently seeking a driven Junior Project Manager / Project Engineer to join our team in Ara Damansara. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the execution, coordination, and technical delivery of our diverse AV projects. We are looking for a proactive individual who possesses a strong technical background and a passion for project management to help us maintain our high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
As a Junior Project Manager, you will act as the bridge between our technical teams and our clients, ensuring that project requirements are clearly understood and met. You will oversee key aspects of project lifecycles, from initial planning and resource allocation to final site commissioning. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for AV installations, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with internal engineering teams, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to determine project requirements and scope.
- Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor project milestones and proactively identify and resolve potential risks or delays.
- Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control protocols.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Audio-Visual Technology, or a related technical field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, engineering, or technical support within the AV or IT industry.
- Strong working knowledge of audio-visual systems, including sound reinforcement, video projection, and control systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
