Tanggung Jawab
- Execute manual and functional test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality
- Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise applications
- Track, document, and report defects using defect management tools with clear severity levels
- Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve application functionality
- Participate in requirement analysis to ensure test coverage of business specifications
- Assist in continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies (manual, functional, regression)
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Qase) is a plus
- Understanding of SQL for database testing is advantageous
