Tanggung Jawab
- Execute manual test cases and functional testing for web and mobile payment applications.
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups to provide quality feedback on requirements and design.
- Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution using industry-standard project management tools.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of basic automated test scripts to increase regression coverage.
- Perform regression testing to ensure seamless delivery of new features and patches.
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot complex issues and reproduce production incidents.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, documentation, and testing methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or entry-level professionals with 0-2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Knowledge of testing tools (e.g., Jira, Postman, Selenium, or Appium) is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail and logical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passionate about learning new technologies and exploring automated testing frameworks.
