Tanggung Jawab
- Execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications to ensure functionality and usability.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools like JIRA.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform regression testing to verify that fixes have resolved the original problems.
- Create and maintain detailed test plans and test scripts.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to stay aligned with project goals.
- Analyze system behavior and provide constructive feedback to enhance product quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, including black-box and white-box testing.
- Knowledge of SQL or basic scripting (Python/Java) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot errors and logical inconsistencies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
