Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in preparing tender documents, contracts, and cost estimates for hospitality projects
- Monitor project expenditures and prepare monthly cost reports for stakeholder review
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities for construction materials
- Review subcontractor quotations and invoices for compliance with contract terms
- Support preparation of payment certificates and final account settlements
- Collaborate with project teams to implement cost-saving measures
- Maintain accurate records of project costs and contractual documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- 0-2 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and construction estimation software
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and tender processes
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional project teams
- Knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards
