Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively prospect and identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Deliver engaging presentations on the benefits of life and financial protection products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Prepare accurate policy applications and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development workshops.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or a related field (Fresh graduates with a strong drive are welcome to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
