Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective technical sales strategies.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
- Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored technical recommendations and solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and industry trends.
- Support the preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Assist in managing client relationships throughout the pre-sales and post-sales process.
- Provide technical support and training to clients to ensure maximum product satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) or a related technical field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in technical sales are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical problems effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
