Tanggung Jawab
- Promote hotel services and packages to potential clients through various channels
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Generate leads and convert them into sales through effective prospecting and follow-up
- Support revenue growth through the implementation of strategic sales initiatives
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset and desire to exceed targets
- Valid driver's license is a plus
