Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new leads.
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure high retention rates and satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on sales strategies.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, client services, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
