Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and acquire new clients through field visits, cold calls, and digital outreach across KL and Selangor
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs through strategic planning and execution
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop region-specific sales strategies
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and activity documentation
- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proven self-motivation with ability to work independently in field environments
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid Malaysian driving license for client visits
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Adaptability to flexible schedules including occasional weekend events
