Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with walk-in customers to understand their kitchen equipment requirements and offer expert advice.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to drive sales and meet monthly targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends in kitchen appliances.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store sales goals and operational objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE O-Level or Nitec qualifications preferred.
- Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine interest in sales and retail.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale software.
- Highly organized, punctual, and reliable team player.
- Fluency in English; ability to speak a second language is a plus for customer engagement.
