Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and marketing activities to promote client campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to help improve sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Represent the company brand professionally during all client interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer data in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome!).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident and outgoing personality.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Enthusiastic about sales and capable of handling rejection gracefully.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Valid Malaysian citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
