Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with project managers, consultants, and procurement teams.
- Present and demonstrate the technical advantages of our protective coating product line.
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and provide technical support or solutions regarding coating applications.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
- Maintain an updated CRM database with all customer interactions and project pipeline information.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction materials or industrial chemicals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to develop new business and manage a sales pipeline independently.
- Deep interest in the technical aspects of protective coatings and industrial maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across the region as required.
