Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations for potential customers.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress against monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industrial product knowledge.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closing.
- Attend industry-related events and networking functions to expand the company's brand reach.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
- Strong motivation to excel in a target-driven sales environment.
- Self-disciplined, independent, and capable of working in a flexible, mobile work setting.
