Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Sales Supervisor in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for Miles & Levels products.
- Conduct field visits to construction sites, hardware stores, and industrial accounts to promote product lines and secure new business.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer loyalty.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and product specification questions.
- Support in-store merchandising, promotional activities, and inventory checking for key accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of field sales experience (Fresh graduates with strong internship backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply).
- Must be willing to be based in Mandaluyong City and conduct field work across Metro Manila.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must.
- Applicants must be a resident of the Philippines.
- With a valid driver's license and own motorcycle is a distinct advantage for field visits.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
