Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily sales routes to visit and service assigned secondary accounts and customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise to retail partners.
- Manage the collection of payments and handle cash/check transactions with high integrity and accuracy.
- Achieve and exceed individual monthly sales targets and distribution goals.
- Monitor stock levels at customer sites and facilitate order replenishment.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with store owners and key personnel.
- Prepare daily sales and collection reports for the Area Sales Manager.
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment according to safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- High School Graduate or holder of a Vocational/Technical diploma; College level or degree holders are preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, delivery, or route merchandising is a distinct advantage.
- Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License with restriction codes suitable for delivery vehicles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and local dialect.
- Basic numeracy skills for accurate financial reporting and inventory tracking.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle physical tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Residency in or near Catbalogan City is highly preferred.
