In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the performance of our financial sales force by delivering high-impact training programs, conducting performance audits, and implementing sales enablement strategies that drive sustainable growth.
As a Junior Sales Trainer, you will bridge the gap between technical financial knowledge and high-performance sales execution. You will mentor new recruits and refine the skills of our existing sales team, ensuring our organization maintains its competitive edge in the financial sector. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules tailored to financial products and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular sales performance coaching sessions to address gaps and optimize conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs to identify training needs and performance trends.
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new sales associates, ensuring full alignment with company standards and compliance.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, workbooks, and role-play simulations.
- Collaborate with regional managers to implement sales incentive programs and improve team morale.
- Provide actionable feedback to sales leaders to support individual career development and talent retention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a financial services company.
- At least 1 year of experience in a formal sales leadership or sales trainer role.
- Strong understanding of financial products, sales cycles, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven ability to influence behavior and motivate a diverse sales team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and virtual training tools.
