As a Junior Scientist, you will work alongside world-class researchers and industry partners to design, develop, and validate molecular diagnostic assays. You will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies such as next-generation sequencing (NGS), digital PCR, and advanced molecular biology techniques. Your work will directly support the translation of research discoveries into clinically impactful diagnostics.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize molecular diagnostic assays for clinical applications, including PCR, qPCR, and NGS-based tests.
- Perform nucleic acid extraction, quantification, and quality assessment from various clinical samples.
- Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and prepare technical reports and presentations.
- Support the validation and verification of diagnostic assays in accordance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., IVD, CAP/CLIA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including bioinformaticians, clinicians, and product development specialists.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
- Contribute to research publications, grant proposals, and intellectual property documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques such as PCR, qPCR, and NGS library preparation.
- Familiarity with clinical diagnostics, assay validation, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, IVDR).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in a diagnostic laboratory or industry setting is advantageous.
