- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and speed.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area in accordance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions with integrity.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of liquor, glassware, and garnishes.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
- Stay updated on mixology trends and help develop new, creative drink menus.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Bartender (Junior or Senior level).
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and wine profiles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced hospitality environment.
