Tanggung Jawab
- Handle and assist subsale, loan, discharge, perfection and all other conveyancing related matters
- Prepare legal documents including contracts, agreements, and other necessary paperwork
- Communicate with clients, banks, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth property transactions
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations in property transactions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all conveyancing cases
- Coordinate with solicitors and other legal professionals as required
- Provide updates to clients regarding the progress of their property transactions
- Assist in resolving any issues or complications that may arise during conveyancing processes
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or Diploma in Law, Legal Studies, or related field (for Junior position)
- Professional qualification or experience in conveyancing (for Senior position)
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
