In this role, you will be the technical face of our company across Southeast Asia. You will bridge the gap between our sophisticated hardware/software solutions and our customers' complex engineering requirements. You will work closely with customers to perform system integration, troubleshoot challenging motion control applications, and conduct technical training. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and application consulting for Pi's high-precision motion and control solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to analyze application requirements and recommend optimized positioning systems.
- Perform on-site system installation, commissioning, and optimization at customer facilities across Southeast Asia.
- Conduct professional technical training and workshops for end-users regarding product operation and maintenance.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for troubleshooting hardware and software integration issues.
- Assist the sales team in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and feasibility studies.
- Document customer requirements and feedback to provide insights for product development and improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in motion control, automation, or precision instrumentation (Senior level candidates should demonstrate leadership in project management).
- Strong understanding of servo control loops, PID tuning, and PLC integration.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in automation (e.g., C++, Python, or LabVIEW).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Strong analytical mindset and a systematic approach to technical troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel within the Southeast Asia region as required by project demands.
