Tanggung Jawab
- Lead interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and visual presentations for clients.
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using industry-standard software.
- Select appropriate materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes to match the design vision.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful implementation.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Junior or Senior Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of spatial planning, color theory, and material selection.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of local construction methods and regulatory requirements.
