Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop complex mechanical systems for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and automation solutions.
- Create detailed 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Conduct stress analysis and FEA simulations to ensure component durability and performance under load.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and assembly instructions.
- Identify areas for process improvement and optimize existing mechanical designs.
- Support the prototype testing phase and troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 1-5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within the semiconductor or automation industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
