Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, calibrate, and operate injection molding machines for optimal production output
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues
- Monitor production parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time) to ensure quality standards
- Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools and visual checks
- Document production data and maintain accurate process documentation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workstations
Kualifikasi
- SPM/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- 1-3 years' experience for junior roles; 3-5+ years for senior positions
- Strong understanding of plastic injection molding processes and materials
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting injection molding machinery
- Knowledge of quality control standards (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool usage skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and process specifications
