Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations to understand requirements, preferences, and budget constraints
- Develop detailed design proposals including mood boards, 3D visualizations, and material specifications
- Present design concepts professionally and negotiate terms to close projects successfully
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and software to maintain competitive edge
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (fresh graduates welcome for junior role)
- Proven experience in sales, design consultation, or client-facing roles (senior candidates require 3+ years)
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
