Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer informed recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Accurately record food and beverage orders and transmit them to the kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table settings and service stations.
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently while adhering to high standards of service.
- Handle basic payment transactions and manage guest receipts professionally.
- Address guest concerns or feedback immediately to ensure total satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational hospitality school background is a plus.
- Passionate about delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented setting with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is highly preferred.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties as required by service standards.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or café environment is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
