In this role, you will play a critical part in facilitating seamless cross-border shipping operations between Singapore and Malaysia. Working closely with our Shipping Manager, you will be the backbone of our documentation and coordination processes, ensuring that cargo moves efficiently and complies with all regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Shipping Manager in coordinating cross-border shipments between Singapore and Malaysia.
- Prepare and process essential shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and custom declarations.
- Coordinate with local transport providers, warehouse teams, and cross-border trucking agents.
- Monitor shipment statuses and provide timely updates to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and logistics standards for both countries.
- Handle incoming inquiries regarding shipping schedules and cargo status.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for all shipping-related paperwork.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in logistics is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus for regional coordination.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle numerical data accurately.
- Familiarity with cross-border transport regulations between Singapore and Malaysia is highly desirable.
