Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in planning and preparing engineering project documentation including blueprints and specifications
- Monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project timelines
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work progress and identify potential issues
- Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems during implementation
- Ensure all projects adhere to environmental regulations and sustainable practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related field
- Fresh graduates or 1 year of relevant site engineering experience preferred
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction methodologies
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards for agricultural sites
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic engineering software tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate diverse teams
- Willingness to work outdoors and travel within project locations
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
