Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the supervision of construction activities at project sites
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring compliance with specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily reports and inspection records
- Identify and report potential safety hazards and quality issues
- Support the implementation of construction plans and schedules
- Assist in resolving technical problems that may arise during construction
- Participate in site meetings and contribute to project planning discussions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of construction processes and site management
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally under mentorship
- Basic proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
- Valid driver's license (preferred for site visits)
