Tanggung Jawab
- Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure application functionality and performance.
- Report and document bugs thoroughly using industry-standard issue tracking tools like Jira.
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings to align with development goals.
- Perform regression testing to verify that software updates do not impact existing features.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and validate technical fixes.
- Create and maintain clear, concise QA documentation, including test plans and test scripts.
- Provide feedback on user interface and user experience (UI/UX) to improve product usability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Exposure to at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a hybrid or office-based setting.
- Familiarity with database concepts (SQL) and basic understanding of APIs is highly desirable.
- Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and testing frameworks.
