Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu execution
- Prepare and present Asian dishes with precision and artistic flair
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and cost control measures
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on techniques and standards
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols
- Contribute to recipe development and seasonal menu innovations
- Coordinate with front-of-house for seamless service delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years' experience as Junior Sous Chef or CDP
- Proven background in catering and high-volume food production
- Expertise in Asian cuisine preparation and presentation
- Strong understanding of kitchen safety and HACCP standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control
- Culinary certification or formal training preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
