Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu execution.
- Manage food preparation stations, ensuring consistency and quality of all dishes.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff and provide on-the-job training to improve culinary skills.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with procurement to minimize waste.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (NEA/HACCP).
- Contribute creative ideas for menu development and seasonal specials.
- Manage kitchen equipment maintenance and ensure a clean, safe working environment.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
- Formal culinary qualification (Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of professional cooking techniques and food safety regulations.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced culinary setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage team dynamics.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
