Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu execution
- Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
- Control inventory, ordering, and cost management
- Develop seasonal specials and innovative menu items
- Maintain HACCP compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate with F&B team for seamless service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent professional certification
- 2+ years experience in high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines
- Leadership experience with kitchen brigade management
- Food safety and hygiene certification
- Proficiency in inventory control and cost management
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills
