- Assist in daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Supervise junior kitchen staff and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Manage inventory control and maintain efficient stock rotation
- Develop and implement seasonal menu items with Executive Chef
- Enforce strict hygiene and safety protocols in all kitchen areas
- Coordinate with F&B team for seamless service delivery
- Monitor food costs and contribute to waste reduction initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Culinary arts degree/diploma from accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury hotel/restaurant kitchens
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines and cooking techniques
- Food safety certification (e.g., HACCP)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic understanding of kitchen financial management
