Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patches to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ticket statuses in our management system.
- Collaborate with senior engineering staff to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of new hardware and software solutions.
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge-base articles to improve team efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and network protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Fluency in English, Malay, and Chinese (to communicate with local client base).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing system requirements.
