Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the management and maintenance of CRM platforms to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Execute and monitor basic automation scripts and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot minor technical issues for internal stakeholders.
- Update and organize customer records and databases regularly.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new software tools and utilities.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for daily SysOps tasks.
- Perform routine system backups and security checks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of automation tools or scripting (e.g., Zapier, Python basics).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) is preferred.
