Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements for system development.
- Assist in designing system architecture, flowcharts, and process diagrams to support business operations.
- Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.
- Conduct data analysis and create reports to support decision-making processes.
- Identify system inefficiencies and propose technical solutions to improve productivity.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users regarding system issues.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and basic query writing.
- Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
