Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor system performance and ensure the integrity and availability of server infrastructure.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networking equipment.
- Provide prompt technical support and troubleshooting for end-users to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols across company platforms.
- Perform regular backups and data recovery operations to ensure business continuity.
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge bases.
- Participate in routine security audits and patch management to protect company assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong foundation in networking and systems administration are highly encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux/Unix server environments.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
