Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain mission-critical production systems to ensure maximum availability and performance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for system alerts, performing initial triage and troubleshooting.
- Execute daily system checks, backups, and routine maintenance tasks across various IT environments.
- Document incident logs, resolution steps, and operational procedures in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software assets within the production infrastructure.
- Adhere to strictly defined ITIL processes and security compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Windows/Linux server administration fundamentals.
- Exposure to monitoring tools and networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Ability to work in a 24x7 shift rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a professional environment.
- Passion for learning new technologies and a high sense of accountability.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure during system outages.
