Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements and functional specifications from stakeholders.
- Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of system integrations to ensure data consistency and workflow efficiency.
- Conduct system analysis to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements or technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and bugs reported by end-users and internal departments.
- Collaborate with developers and IT support teams to validate software updates and ensure system stability.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, user manuals, and technical processes.
- Monitor system performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL) and basic programming concepts.
- Familiarity with system analysis methodologies, including UML and SDLC.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Basic knowledge of business process modeling tools is a plus.
