We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Tax Dispute Specialist to join our finance team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will support the resolution of tax compliance issues and assist in preparing documentation for tax authorities. You will gain hands-on experience in tax reconciliation, audit support, and strategic tax planning under the guidance of senior professionals. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in preparing and organizing tax schedules, ledgers, and supporting documentation for tax audits and disputes.
- Communicate with tax authorities and auditors to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Conduct tax research to interpret changes in tax laws and regulations applicable to our business operations.
- Analyze tax discrepancies and support the preparation of responses to tax assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of tax filings, payments, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate monthly/quarterly tax reporting.
- Support internal tax reviews and implement recommendations for process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
- Strong understanding of basic tax principles and Indonesian tax regulations (PPh & PPN).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- 0-2 years of experience in tax, accounting, or audit is a plus.
