Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Lead Teachers in the implementation of daily lesson plans and educational activities.
- Provide individualized support to students to ensure they meet their learning milestones.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Monitor student progress and assist in documenting developmental milestones and behavioral observations.
- Facilitate small group sessions to reinforce core subjects and study skills.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for curriculum improvement and student engagement.
- Ensure constant supervision of students during classroom activities, recess, and transitions.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student well-being and daily classroom achievements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a passion for teaching are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong command of English and/or Malay (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff and parents.
- Ability to adapt to changing classroom dynamics and manage diverse learning needs.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and classroom management techniques.
