Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support to clients, partners, and internal teams regarding Blum product specifications and hardware installation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for interior designers, architects, and cabinet makers.
- Assist in the troubleshooting of technical installation issues and provide practical, on-site guidance.
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics to advise on optimal hardware configuration for furniture projects.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of Blum’s product catalog and latest technological advancements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical input during client consultations.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for quality assurance and project tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Furniture Design, Industrial Design, or a related technical field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in technical hardware and furniture technology are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical CAD drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for mechanical detail.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and basic familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD or SketchUp).
- Willingness to travel locally as required for on-site technical support.
