We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team in Taguig City. In this role, you will serve as the first line of defense for our internal workforce, ensuring that our technical operations run smoothly and efficiently.
As a Junior Technical Support Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience in managing enterprise environments using modern tools. You will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, managing user identities, and deploying configurations across our Windows-based infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-line technical support for end-users via ticketing system, chat, and phone.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within Active Directory (AD).
- Deploy and manage mobile and desktop devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, peripheral devices, and common business software applications.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base to support continuous improvement.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff while maintaining ownership of the incident.
- Ensure all IT support activities adhere to company security policies and compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fundamental understanding of Windows 10/11 environment administration.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory (AD) user and group management.
- Exposure to Microsoft Intune or similar Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Taguig City.
