We are looking for a motivated Junior Technician – Calibration to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. In this role, you will support our calibration laboratory by performing precise measurements, maintaining equipment standards, and ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Calibrate and adjust measuring instruments and test equipment according to established standards and procedures.
- Document calibration results and maintain accurate records in the calibration management system.
- Identify out-of-tolerance instruments and initiate corrective actions or notifications.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of calibration certificates and compliance documentation.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on calibration standards and reference equipment.
- Support the implementation of quality control measures and adhere to ISO/IEC 17025 guidelines.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to resolve measurement uncertainties and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field).
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internship or laboratory experience is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of measurement principles and calibration techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data entry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a structured environment.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
