Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior technicians in the diagnostic, repair, and preventative maintenance of heavy machinery support equipment and accessories.
- Conduct routine inspections and perform scheduled service on various mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Perform basic troubleshooting to identify root causes of equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions under supervision.
- Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and system upgrades.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs performed, and spare parts utilized.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in the proper organization and inventory management of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Vocational Degree (D3/SMK) in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
- A strong foundational understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
- Eagerness to learn, a proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in heavy machinery technology.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping and diagnostic software use.
- Willingness to work in various field environments, including mining and agricultural sites, and potentially irregular hours.
