Tanggung Jawab
- Execute manual test cases and scripts to identify software bugs and performance issues.
- Document and track defects using industry-standard bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand system requirements and expected behavior.
- Participate in peer reviews of test plans and technical documentation.
- Support the design and maintenance of reusable test data and environments.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed test summary reports for stakeholders.
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the QA testing process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or entry-level professionals with 0-2 years of experience in Software Testing/QA.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical findings clearly.
- High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in an onsite team environment.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or automated testing tools is a significant advantage.
